1. The first thing is that you have to be a registered Kaiser employee to access its digital and online portal.
2. You must have My HR Permanente valid user ID and password which is given provided by the administration.
3. You must own a valid email address registered with the company.
4. You must have your Social Security Number.
5. You must also have a device like tablet, smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection.
